            <description>    &lt;p&gt;Now that majority of the shows like A.I., Dancing with the stars, Bizzare Foods, and No Reservations are finished for the season I can focus on my other shows like the Workout and Hell&amp;#39;s Kitchen.&amp;#160; Out of all the Tuesday night line ups, those two seem to hold the most drama and last night was no exception.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Apparently &amp;quot;mom&amp;quot; disagrees with Jackie&amp;#39;s lifestyle and makes it known that she doesn&amp;#39;t approve.&amp;#160; Jackie invites her girlfriends family to stay with her, her girlfriend, and her visiting mom.&amp;#160; Talk about cutting the tension with a hacksaw.&amp;#160; I&amp;#39;m not even in the show and&amp;#160;I felt uncomfortable.&amp;#160; It was drama none the less and showed a rarely seen side of gay/lesbian family turmoil.&amp;#160; This aint no &amp;quot;Family Ties&amp;quot;.&amp;#160; BTW, it was still interesting to see how they keep bringing Peeler back into the foray even though he got kicked out of Sky Lab.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;On a side note, Louross got kicked out of &lt;a href=&quot;http://www.fox.com/Hellskitchen/&quot;&gt;Hell&amp;#39;s Kitchen&lt;/a&gt; last night.&amp;#160; It was Petroza to vote for the 2 people that he thought were the worst on the blue team.&amp;#160; He ended up picking Louross and Jen.&amp;#160; In the end Ramsey allowed Petroza to choose the person to get ousted and he said &amp;quot;Louross&amp;quot;.&amp;#160; WTF?!&amp;#160; I am I the only one out there that would have chosen Jen in a heartbeat.&amp;#160; For now, it&amp;#39;s still a team effort and that b*%#h can&amp;#39;t work as a team member.&amp;#160; I think that was a huge mistake for Petroza.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Here&amp;#39;s my rundown on the order of people I think should be eliminated.&amp;#160; No.&amp;#160;1 would have to be Jen, No.2 would be Matt, No. 3 would be Cory and the rest can fight it out for the finals.&amp;#160;Now doesn&amp;#39;t that sound better?&lt;/p&gt;    &lt;p style=&quot;clear:both;&quot;&gt;

&lt;p&gt;So I&amp;#39;m watching this &amp;quot;Workout&amp;quot; show which features &lt;a href=&quot;http://www.skysportspa.com/&quot;&gt;Sky Sports and Spa&lt;/a&gt; owner Jackie Warner and her crew, and I&amp;#39;m thinking to myself, &amp;quot;wow, these girls are hot&amp;quot;.&amp;#160; Then...I come to find out that majority of them are lesbians.&amp;#160; Don&amp;#39;t get me wrong, gender identity is a thing of the past and is so mainstream that sexual preference really doesn&amp;#39;t bother me but...Rebecca is soooo HOT for a lesbian.&amp;#160; You know what I mean.&amp;#160; Most people have this image of lesbians being kinda &amp;quot;guy-like&amp;quot; in appearance, but these &amp;quot;Sky&amp;quot; girls are very pretty and with the exception of Jackie...feminine.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&amp;#160;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Anyway, this isn&amp;#39;t a post about sexual orientation or lesbians for that matter, it&amp;#39;s about fitness.&amp;#160; I have been lucky that most of my life my body has sustained a quick metabolic rate.&amp;#160; Unfortunately as I get older it&amp;#39;s being to show signs of..*ahem*...rust.&amp;#160; So my weekly regime has been bicycling around the neighborhood about 3 times a week, working out with resistance equipment about 3 times also, and throwing in some yoga for streching purposes every now and then.&amp;#160; BTW, I do my resistance training at home with a &amp;quot;Bow Flex&amp;quot; like machine.&amp;#160; I did have a killer membership with 24 hour Fitness but canceled it due to the crowds and attitudes there...but...that&amp;#39;s another story.&amp;#160; So I try to maintain this level of fitness but I don&amp;#39;t seem to be able to fit into my old pants, I don&amp;#39;t look fat, it&amp;#39;s just that my original pants don&amp;#39;t fit.&amp;#160; I know, people say maybe it&amp;#39;s muscle, who knows, maybe it is but I&amp;#39;m still gonna try and fit into those old pair of jeans.&amp;#160;That&amp;#39;s besides the point.&amp;#160; A level of fitness should be maintained for health reasons, and it is shows like &amp;quot;Workout&amp;quot; and &amp;quot;&lt;a href=&quot;http://www.nbc.com/The_Biggest_Loser/&quot;&gt;The Biggest Loser&lt;/a&gt;&amp;quot;, even &amp;quot;&lt;a href=&quot;http://www.ufc.com/index.cfm?fa=tuf.home&quot;&gt;Ultimate Fighter&lt;/a&gt;&amp;quot; and some pro-wrestling shows have inspired me to keep motivated.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;So you wanna try and get fit too?&amp;#160; Here&amp;#39;s a physically easy way to do it.&amp;#160; If you stick to this plan you&amp;#39;ll lose weight without even excersizing, but you must stick to the meal plan.&amp;#160; If you do excersize, you&amp;#39;ll just reap faster results.&amp;#160; Keep in mind that this is geared toward my weight and you can adjust the amounts with simple&amp;#160;math to find your weighted amount.&amp;#160; BTW, this is Hawaii so it&amp;#39;s based on rice for carbs, utilize what is common in your area.&amp;#160; Here it is...&lt;/p&gt;
