Do you own your home? If not, do you have plans to buy a home in the near future?

Yah I do.  Let me tell you that owning a home in Oahu isn't cheap.  Although owning a home does have it's benefits if you play your cards right.  First there's the tax shelter that you recieve, and it kicked in for this past tax year.  Next, there's the borrowing power you get from your equity.  I plan on paying off a bunch of different credit card bills and paying just one bill with a lower home equity rate.  If you haven't done it, nows a good time to buy a home because the interest rates are still low.  Just don't get stuck in an interest only loan.

The seventh season of "American Idol" premieres tonight.  Will you be watching, or are you over it?

Despite the scandal of his recent arrest, Sen. Larry Craig is being inducted into the Idaho Hall of Fame.  Should his legal troubles have any impact on the award?

Sure should.  Just think about sports scandals and steriod use.  If they strip those guys of it then so be it for everything else.

What's the best thing you ever bought off of Ebay or Craigslist?

The best thing I ever got was a unlocked Motorola phone from Europe that could use a memory card, take videos, store and play songs, take pictures, and a whole bunch of other stuff for just a little over 100 bucks.  The US models that were similar were still in the 300 range.
