Salmon for barbeque
So this weekend we decided to grill up up some fresh Atlantic slamon from Costco of course. BTW, I cut out a slab so I could eat some sashimi style, my fave.
Anyhow. I cut the salmon into grilling pieces and seasoned them with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic and lemon grass. Yumm. Through these bad boys on a hot grill to get the searing in and waited.
Now the secret is to get yuor grill piping hot to get the sear in. These guys you can eat with the inside a little raw for some added texture. Like I said before, I'd eat this whole thing raw with just some wasabi and Kikkoman shoyu. Has to be Kikkoman.
And here's the finshined product. Looks absolutely delish doesn't it? All you need to do is dress it up with a little onions and tomatoes. Squeeze soem fresh lemon juice on it. Then drizzle on some fresh Kikkoman shoyu. Pau. Done. Mouth watering yet?
